Why is We are Concentrate different from other brands formulations?
Our mission is to never add water in our formulations, water is a precious commodity, we want to change the traditional method to make our formulations better for the planet and better for your hair. All our formulations have 0% added water leaving a lot more room for all the lovely ingredients to look after your hair.
How do I use We are Concentrate shampoo and Conditioners?
Wet hair thoroughly, squeeze a marble sized ball of paste into your palm. Add water and rub between the hands to create a lather. Rub into hair and lather up as you normally would. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
Top tips for using We are Concentrate
A little goes a long way but make sure you hair is really wet before using so you can build up a good lather when using the shampoo.
Experiment with the amount you use, depending on your hair length and thickness you might need to use more or less than suggested.
Is We are Concentrate Cruelty Free and Vegan?
Yes, always.
Is the fragrance natural?
It sure is 😊 100% natural.
Are the formulations free from silicones and sulphates?
Yes they are, which makes them perfect for the curly girl method… if you know you know.
Is the packaging fully recyclable?
Yes, we use aluminium tubes which are infinitely recyclable meaning they can be recycled over and over again. ♻️
The lids are also fully recyclable and the packaging is made from recycled and recyclable card.
Where is We Are Concentrate made?
Right here in the UK 🇬🇧

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately right now we're only able to ship within the UK.
How is my order sent?
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and should take between 2 – 5
working days to arrive.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order if you're not satisfied. Please return to the below address including your name, order number and reason for returning –

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days after we recieve of the product.
